Yep. Sure have. Played it on WiiU and loved every second! Just like Rayman Origins but with a mountain of added depth and content... plus all of the Rayman Origins levels thrown in for funsies! Prolly the best platformer I've played this year

not yet, i just picked up a 3ds for the pokemons so thats taking all my time up at the moment.. i'll no doubt pick it up for the vita/ps3 at some point..

Yeah I have the Vita version and I love it. Though, from my understanding it's missing some levels? Still an incredible game regardless.

It had platformer of the year on lock but I just started Puppeteer and that might give Rayman a run for it's money.

It looks okay/good for a 2d platformer. I suggest you only play it until it gets a serious price drop or that you rent it for a very cheap price. Honestly, it's not worth 60$, Ubi really wants your money.

It's more Rayman, so if you liked Origins, you'll like Legends. I'm indifferent to both games.

I liked the original Rayman because of the idiosyncratic environments. For example, there was one set of levels in which the entire stages were sheet music and music notation. With that in mind, I played the demo of Rayman Legends on PSN. My impression of it was a slightly impressed one and as you all might have guessed, not as much as what mine was of the original game. I might get Origins first since it is $19.99 now and it then get Legends. My reason for getting them in that order is Legends having a higher score than Origins. If I get Legends first and like it, but then get Origins and notice the lower quality, I might stop playing before I complete it which would just be a waste of money.

That, and then you wouldn't be able to enjoy the "Back to Origins" levels properly since you never experienced them to begin with!

Kidding. IMO you might as well just get Legends since it has 40 stages from the Origins and they're all the best ones. In fact I don't really know what it's missing.

Before I decide, I would like to ask something. How many stages in total are there in Legends?

I played and really enjoyed the demo! I played Origins a lot both alone and with three friends, and felt the gameplay worked really well in both situations.

It's on my wish list for Christmas:)

I feel like i have, but i honestly can't remember. I definitely remember seeing the game for myself and it was fun for what it was. I'm not sure if i was holding the controller or if i was just watching a friend play it.

It's nothing like the Ratchet & Clank games. It's a 2D side scroller.

Origins is significantly more challenging than Legends which feels more accessible. So, do you want something challenging or something that's easy to get into? Both games are similarly styled but the difficulty is considerably different

I blame it on Skyrim. After 220 hours of playing that game, my brain turned to mush :p

Keep going! You might be a shell of your former self by the time you get through the majority of the quests, but it will all be worth it after you get all of those sweet sweet achievements

Difficulty in seventh generation video games has not been an issue for me. If Origins has good platforming, I will play it.

They are both exceptional platformer games IMO. Up there with the best I've played. Well designed levels and great mechanics

I would happily answer this question. However, I have the Vita version and as far as I know there are several levels missing from the console versions.

I do know that all my favorites from Origins were back.

Do not worry about it. I did a quick search and found the answer. According to the RayWiki, Rayman Legends has one hundred and twenty levels total including those forty Back to Origins stages which are remastered. That is good. I will play Rayman Origins first, though.
