A DS or a Wii might work, but if you're talkin major consoles like PS3 and 360, then no.
Sorry about your arm (if this is for real and not a hoax.)
On the DS?
Phoenix Wright Series
Hotel Dusk Room
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom HourglassWii?
Zack & Wicki: Quest for ...
Wii Sports
Mario Party
WarioWare: Smooth MovesHave fun! I cant think of other gamesSonicWind
(Fixed)
The games mentioned above.
There also cool games on the PC:
Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords
Desktop Tower Defence
Strategy and Adventure games on the PC normally only require the use of the mouse, just search for games on those genres.

There are some amazing set ups you can get with PC gaming that would allow to playa lot of games on thePC.
I dont know much about it but I recall when they made the big changes to SWG something they changed made it imposable for some handicap people to continue to play and the community was seriously pissed about it. People who had been playing since the launch of the game were now out in the cold.
I am talking about people who are paralyzed from the neck down and so on and so forth. I wish I could be of some actual help and not just get your hopes up but I am sure you can get a few creative set ups for PC gaming that would make the loss of your arm a non factor when it comes to playing games.
If I get some free time tonight (I doubt I will) I will try and dig up some links and such and give you some advice you can really hang your hat on.
There are plenty of games.
The Witcher on PC is a really great game, and it has a control setting that lets you move around using the mouse. This is assuming you'd be willing to swing your arm over and hit some keys, but you never need a lot of both to complete the game, it lasts quite long too.
The DS has tons, just as others have mentioned.
RTS games don't need a keyboard! You can use the mouse.(well, there's the shift key for clicking multiple units, but hey, I'm sure you'll figure something out.)
I'm curious...what's your job? There's lots of jobs where a machine can lop your arm off, so I'm not gonna guess.
Maybe puzzle games like Super Text Twist, and Boggle for PC (simple clicks and drags using the mouse).
Or Wild Gunman, Duck Hunt, and Hogan's Alley for NES (using a gun controller to shoot).
Or Dancing Stage, and Dance Dance Revolution series for the PS1 (if you want to use your feet on a controller mat).
