Super Mario Bros and Sonic. I also own 4 copies of TMNT on NES. Oh and more recently: FIFA and sports games! NEVER (!) buy one new, because people will always throw them away in matters of months. In any store I walk into there's always a gigantic batch of this tripe I have to go through to find other, decent games.

,

This game is FAR too common for me, I've lived in two states my whole life, Connecticut and Georgia, and both states have this game, everywhere I go, in terms of a flea market, GoodWill, to even a Gamestop! (this game was burrowed in the case behind the manual so I have this game because of that guy leaving it in the case :P)

ps2 games are everywhere. especially old sports games. after the latest sports game comes out, the old version and the version before that drop in price by a ton. You can find OLD copies of Madden (like 2001, 2003 etc) for nearly nothing now. Gamestop is basically overflowing with old madden and nba2k/nbalive games. I bet they only give people like $0.50 for sports games, unless it just came out in the past 6months.

I think it's a agreed that sports games are easiest to find. Old, used sports games that nobody wants.

No, they do not. I think there's still even a copy of NHL Hitz 2003 on GAMECUBE in one of the stores I frequent.

Yep, the Sports games. It's because they put them out to fast. It's only months before a new football or basketball game is released. I also agree on Super Mario Bros. The Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt combo cartridge is freaking anywhere that old games are sold, and it's usually like only $2.

Indeed DBZ is also a game they fling at you. I own one and I see why. Nothing a casual gamer could get into for long.

Budokai 3 was pretty good, though. Problem was that it was the first DBZ game I played, so all the others seem bad in comparison.

The Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt cartridge for the NES. Practically everywhere I go that sells retro games, there's about 30-50 of these.

I agree, I pointed that game out earlier. But I just wanted to add: That's one of the few examples of a game that is plentiful and cheap, and at the same time it's a freaking great game! For people that don't have the game, or their copy got damaged, then hurray for them because it is a must-have title for NES owners. The GTA games on PS2 and XBox are everywhere, too. And dirt cheap. My local used record shop sells them all for $3.95 a piece, and that includes their case. And there's always a copy in stock.

Indeed, it's a very convenient title to find and can be found for extremely cheap just abuot anywhere, online or off, for a dollar or even less.

Old sports games, I don't get why people even bother trading them in, you get nearly nothing.

In the UK, it's practically impossible NOT to stumble over a stack of outdated soccer games for the PlayStation 2.

Gaming stores have actually began refusing them for part exchange because of the simple fact that nobody wants to purchase anything other than the most recent sports titles.
