I found some legal copyright notices on wikipedia when reading some names, DC and Marvel and NRS have some same-named chars. such as Static and Scorpion.

So looks as if Conan O'Brien has confirmed my leak with Zod being the last character.  Stay tuned, we should be expecting some news on a 2nd season pass very shortly.....probably near August.

Out of all the DLC characters, why is Zod and an MK character in there?
I'd rather have Black Mask, Beast Boy, Starfire, etc. theres so much better choices.

also, Batgirl could go imo.

Well since Martian Manhunter was just revealed not too long ago, there's a chance that there might not be a 2nd "Season Pass" but rather each character will be revealed exclusively by NRS to prevent any further leaks.  They will probably be released with an unlock file along with the files for the characters themselves.  We shall wait and see how many new characters they will announce.

Well I just got my hands on a file that will supposedly unlock Martian Manhunter on the PS3.  I've been told it isn't actually a 2nd season pass but rather a single code that will make your console think you've unlocked Martian Manhunter and about 5 extra costumes.  I will be checking the contents of the file later tonight since I am at work right now, but I will keep you posted.

Turns out it was as I said, just an unlock file to incorporate Martian Manhunter and a list of additional costumes into your consoleID.  Good news is that we know for sure we're getting MM, but also that another set of DLC characters are coming soon.
