Is any justice coming to the "outlaw" hackers or modders in RDR?

RDR takes a long time to level up and earn the legendary mounts and characters but not for the modders. This makes me sick when i am working my butt off and some so called friend or all the others have the 5th prestige and all they had to do was get some sort of modding program, save the file and some how give them a lot of XP. Now i know that some people will say so what and blah blah blah. However, it decreases my motivation to want to level up all the way and when i do it takes away the thrill of it.

How can they let this happen and can it be stopped. Better yet can it be stopped and will these people who are ruining the game ever be punished accordingly?

I support glitches that makes a game fun,

i see your point tho hacks kill games, glitches are something you exploit only because the devs were lazy to fix it, hacks atempt to manipulate the hole game to crush tem, ps3 you will find hacks since it's security systems easy to hack, xbox no because it's designed to bann xboxs registered with different heat signature on xbox

Seeing as GTAIV mp is a hackfest I do not think Rockstar cares enough to do anything about cheaters.

Hard to level? Since when? You get an easy 1000-2000 EXP a minute just from doing Twin Rock gang hideout over and over. Unless you suck at the game and are only getting 300-800 EXP, it's pretty easy to level.fireball2124
