A year or two ago when I used them they almost always had my games in stock and shipped em out pretty quick. A couple weeks ago I renewed my membership and noticed two things. It can take them up to a week to process a purchase, and right now I'm on day 3 of them not shipping out anything on my queue (I have 6 games from several consoles, all of varying popularity and rarity). Is this just my luck or has their service really taken a turn for the worst?

I am not having the shipping delays. The problem I am having is that my distribution center never has my games that I have high up on myQ. This has been the case ever since the Austin, TX center opened and gamefly made that my primary distribution center. I wish it would go back to being LA or Pittsburg because I always received what I wanted when it shipped from those.

I've experienced the poor service as well. I've cancelled my account due to that.

It's been working great for me too! I've been a member for awhile so I've been able to fine tune my GameQ process. Keep only the games I really, really want to play in my Q (usually 3-6). I used to load it up with whatever and I would get whatever (cant't blame Gamefly for that). I've had pretty good turnaround times too, about 3-4 days.:)I always drop my game at my post office it seems to be faster that way. Even with keeping my Q small I was able to play about 30 games this year and only spent about 200 bucks. If I tried to buy all those games I'd be broke.
