Wow, Asher, that is very impressive! Did you collect those afterwards or buy them at the time they were new?
Here is my list in order of what I got as I grew up:
- Nintendo Entertainment System
- Gameboy
- Sega Genesis
- Gameboy Color (/Colour)
- Playstation
- N64
- Playstation 2
- Gameboy Advance SP
- Xbox
- DS Lite (Black)
I don't have any of the next gen systems. . . except for DS but I don't feel that really counts.

Thanks. I got the Atari 5200 and all the Nintendo, Xbox, Playstation stuff when they originally came out. The rest of it was bought after I graduated college and got a real job. I doubt I could've bought five Neo Geo's when I was 13. :)

Oh, that's cool! I'm always jealous of collectors. You never know though, you could have bought them when you were 13. . . look at Richie Rich, he bought a McDonalds for his HOUSE! *^_^*
Well I own

Xbox - Original, 360
Sega- Saturn, Master System, Dreamcast,
Other- Windows Computer, Linux Computer, Windows Laptop, CD-I, 3D0
Yes, I did leave out sony. Sorry Sony lovers. Not for Me never was
Currently Own: Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Game Boy Pocket, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Advance SP (essentially the same thing, but I own both), DS, Playstation 2, Playstation Portable, Saturn, and Dreamcast.
Used to Own: Playstation One (the later slim model)
Wish to Own: Wii, Genesis, Master System, Xbox 360, and possibly a N64DD if I can track one down.
Nintendo: NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance, Gameboy Advance SP, DS
Sega: Genesis, Dreamcast, Saturn
Microsoft: Xbox, Xbox 360, .....According to the first post apparently we're counting the Microsoft Operating System o.O?
Sony: PlayStation, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PSP
Other: Atari 2600, Atari Jaguar
Hopefully I didn't miss any....
1 Nes (Top Loading) (I used to break controller when my dad would beat me at RBI Basebal. Now dominate people for money)
2 Snes (I never had one when I was little. I was a Sega kid. Now I play this more than my Sega)
3 Genesis (This was my childhood)
4 Sega Cd (It's like a Sega Genesis with better sound and the worst CG you have ever see, but Road Avenger and Snatcher are great)
5 PSX (I really never use it. It does have a Spongebob game in it. It makes a great CD player.
6 N64 (The best game of all time resides in the N64. You may be thinking of Ocarina of Time, but it's actually Pokemon Snap. Seriously, Pokemon Snap is awesome, but Ocarina of Time cannon be topped.)
7 Saturn (I had this when I was younger and never appreciated it. I was always jealous of the kids that had the 64's and the PS's. Now I have realized the true power of the Saturn. It has brought me more joy later in life than anything, other than the DC)
8 Dreamcast (If you don't own one of these, go buy one. This is the best system ever made)
9 PS2 (Sony's triumph. Team Ico could make hanging drywall fun. This little baby has the best selection of games, but they're just not the games that I really like to play)
10 Atari 2600 (It's got wood grain)
11 Neo Geo AES (I just bought it of E-Bay and I'm still waiting for it)
12 360 (If I could only have one console this gen I would go with the 3-6-0) Viva Pinata 4Life!
13 PS3 60g (I don't own any PS3 games. I think the selection is terrible at the moment and the PS3 has no where to go but up. My most anticipated games this year are all on the PS3. I bought it simply because I knew the 60g was on its way out)
14 Wii (It's only fun when friends are around)
15 PSP (Mine is very special)
16 DS Lite (Black)
17 Neo Geo Pocket Color (Did you know you can get these back lit now?)
18 Game Gear (It was free and it's terrible)
19 Atari Lynx (See above comment)
20 Game Boy Original
21 Sega Nomad (It's currently not at my house, but I still own it)
The Dreamcast and Saturn get the most play, closely followed by the 360. Sega and Nintendo should unite. The rest would have to bow down to the greatness. I started this collection by accident. One night a friend of mine was like "Hey, you like video games right? I have all this stuff in my basement that I was going to throw away. Do you want it? I went over to his house and to my suprise it was like my childhood in a box. Everything was there. The only problem was that there were no games, cables, or controllers. I gave him $100 and said thanks. That night my life changed forever. I was buying things I never thought I wanted. Now I am a diehard Sega fan and really don't like the New Generation of games. I think graphics are nice, but I remember a simplier time when games were challenging, rewarding, and most of all, fun. Find someone you know that loves games and then ask them if they have ever beaten Chu Chu Rocket. They'll probably have no idea what you are talking about and then tell you that they want to play Madden 2021 or whatever year it is, because it pwns face. I love games and I really love this legacy platform forum. I feel like there are finally some people out there that have the same tastes as me. This is like the system wars for people that don't care who "wins."
