Just about any Pokemon game.

Dark Souls 1 for PC I spent probably 100+ hours on once I started building PvP characters. Resident Evil 4 is probably the same between the original GC version, the Wii version, the 360 HD re-release, and then finally like 43 hours with the PC HD re-release. Most recently, I beat it twice, then Assignment Ada, then Separate Ways twice, then got several five star ratings on Mercs and unlocked all the characters.

Gotta be Mario Kart Wii and ModNation racers for me. I've never felt a more greater feeling of "just one more..." than I have with those games.
The most addictive games for me too. I always end up with ONCE MORE....JUST ONCE MORE!
Whichever one best takes the skinner box and slot machine concept and uses it to best emulate gambling's psychological manipulation while still not crossing that line where it would need to be regulated.
Mount and Blade: Warband in single player mode
This. Its very easy to lose track of time in that game. There have been quite a few times where I started playing it in the early evening and played all the way into the next morning. It's the only game that I've ever done that for.
I also have to mention Star Wars Battlefront 2, Tony Hawks Underground, Fallout 3/NV, and Socom.
Unfortunately, I think Destiny is the most addictive game... I sank so many hours in to it. While I don't think it's a bad game... it's definitely not worth the hundreds of hours I put in... and this is all before the new expansion :/

I'm not kidding when I say this. The most addicting game I have ever played is more addicting than World of Warcraft and Final Fantasy.
The most addicting game I ever played was..............Pokemon: The Trading Card Video Game (Gameboy Color)
When I had that game, I would wake up in the morning and the first thought on my mind was to reach for the GB and play. It was also the last thing I did before going to bed. For two weeks, everything I did from school to friends and even bathroom breaks were scheduled around that game.
If you ever liked the Pokemon Red/Blue/Gold/XY RPG titles I think you will LOVE the card video game. It's Pokemon without the grind. You can also shut off the game in the middle of a battle and you'll load right where you left off. That made for very fast gaming.
Xcom: Enemy Within. I was moving across the country. Walked out of my hotel room to my car which was packed with all my stuff. I actually unpacked my computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and mousepad just for the night so I could play Xcom Enemy Within in my hotel room.
PLUS, I was right in the a place I lived a few years before. I would've known all the best bars and restaurants to go to if I wanted. Nope. Xcom: Enemy Within compelled me to play it. AND, I was already burntout on packing and unpacking stuff. I couldn't help myself. It was such a fun playthru that I wanted to keep it going on the road even!
I have that game on my phone :)
