Okay, have you ever had that moment in a game.

Where there are too many targets attacking you at once? And randomly you just die out of no where. And you have the feeling of tearing your hair out.

Just take a few games where you get very heavily over powered by enemies and then your dead without surviving or having or trying the chance to fight back and eliminate those enemies can be very annoying and frustrating as anything.

Believe me , that’s if you raise the difficulty a bit .

How do you go temper wise?

Do you get frustrated when your weapon say example a “shooter” game and you get shot and die.

What frustrates you the most?

@aghostess:

Most difficult frustrating moments in games.

Well I enjoy a challenge so my list will likely look different to what you expect-

  • Joining a lobby just to be booted out/ or everyone leaves, only when it's your turn for a match.
  • PvP, when players disconnect or decide to jump off a cliff.
  • Having a game crash during an autosave, in games that only use autosave. Which corrupts your savedata.
  • Waiting for new content in MH: World.

I really only have one that automatically sets me off, regardless of my feelings toward the game:

when a game thinks it's a good idea to give the boss a skill that reverses my controller inputs. No. Out of bounds. **** you.

Many retro games were good at frustrating the hell out of players since there were no continues and checkpoints were few and far between. Nowadays I don't get seriously frustrated with games as they are much more forgiving. It still sucks to lose a NHL game right before the buzzer though.

Nearly all games make people frustrated.

Not true, varies from person to person. Depends on what someone enjoys, along with how much patience, and perseverance someone has.

If you find "nearly all games frustrating" perhaps gaming isn't for you.

@RSM-HQ: I respect your opinion but I don’t agree if that’s ok.

Many video games on different angles and this is just my opinion .

All games no matter what type of game they are do get people angry and frustrated. Maybe your right in a different perspective but it’s ok if I disagree?

Games and all games are designed to frustrate you no matter what type of game they are they are designed to annoy you because in my opinion all games can get you frustrated. Some games don’t work out for everyone while some do. Minecraft never gets me frustrated because it’s just a building game but frustrated things do happen in Minecraft still.

No not all gaming is for me. But some games are okay for me and I still get frustrated.

Yes ,gaming has always been my thing.

And no ,not everyone has anger issues while even the not so angry people do get frustrated in games.

Yes and no some games do work out for some people while some don’t but nearly all games on the market do get you frustrated. No matter what type of game they are they still frustrate you. Just my opinion.im not an angry person but far cry 4 can really annoy the crap out of me. Specially those racing missions. Enemy mobs like creepers really annoy me on Minecraft.example...

@aghostess: You are wrong, and only speaking from personal experience.

Now realise the core of games in regards to the Player(s) is-

compromise, adapt, and overcome. For entertainment purposes.

If at least one of these three things doesn't entertain the Player in "nearly all games" and only causes frustration? Gaming is simply not your hobby (or at least stop playing the games you are currently and try something more towards your tolerance) and I do not mean that in a smug-way. Don't force something you cannot enjoy.

Frustration causes stress, and encouraging stress willingly is bad on your health. And depending on ones lifestyle; you may already get more than enough stress on a daily basis to enhance it disliking games in your free-time.

Games are ment to be fun. Frustration isn't fun.

@RSM-HQ: Okay maybe I am wrong, maybe your right and I just don’t see it. Just took me a while to register that I am completely wrong. Now I see your point of view.
