I wouldnt considerate Halo as overrated anymore since its been bashed so much on the internet. But I would definitely take any GTA game as one of the most overrated games.
World of Warcraft and almost all other MMO's - How on Earth is running around in circles doing the same thing hundreds of times in a row fun? I still can't figure out why I played World of Warcraft for so long. That game is probably the worst of the bunch because it attracts alot of people who don't have the time to devote to the game but want to be apart of the popular crowd. Since they don't have the time and don't want to be left behind they pay for the gold farmer services. All this does is attract more gold farmers and power levelers which works to ruin the game for everyone else.

Anything with Mario - How is Mario still popular? Isn't he in about 10,000 games by now?
COD4. Absolutley nothing special, innovative, original, revolutionary or even compelling. As run of the mill as you can get. It's a farce that this is considered one of the best FPS of all time by many when it's surpassed by games that are 10 years older than it.
Halo 2 and 3. Halo 1 is great since it has the wow factor, but 2 and 3 just got a little too much. GTA IV also way too overrated. almost everyone gave 10. Zelda Twilight Princess, another overrated thing.
I don't undestand Halo being overated when everyone allways says it is. If people can't see its qualityies then thats their problem. For example, I didn't get into Metroid but I don't say its oevrated because I can see why people like it so much.hair001
This is my exact feeling on the matter. Though, I will say that I never understood the interest in Smash bros., any JRPG (man I hate those things) But I guess the stories and art are good. Really though, I thought NG was overrated. It just seems like a drawn out fighting game.
Am I the only one here that played Halo CE co-op for the first time with a buddy and said to myself " I never thought i'd be able to do this? Sure, I was never a pc or hardcore shooter fan but I absolutely love that campaign and find it hard to believe that no one else had a similar experience. Anyone?
