Must have PS2 games.

I never had a PS2 but now i have a PS3 and i am hunting all the good stuff i missed. So can some of you who had a PS2 tell me what are the gems to get ? When i say gems, i mean games who are still worth playing even today.

I'm thinking of getting shadow of the colossus and metal slug anthology too, but what else ???

Excellent list except that you didn't list Metal Gear Solid under the PS1!!!!!!!!! :cry: You have a game that only a few people have heard of (The Unholy War) but not MGS. MGS is a must have for the PS1.

Well from all the games you listed, there's only 1 interests me, and that's silent hill origins. Altho i tried the following on the xbox and cousin's ps2, ( silent hill 2-3, burnout, black, psychonots, prince of persia 1-2-3, resident evil 4 and GTA series ), can't say that i was big fan of RE4 and GTA, in fact i don't like them....

looks like i won't have to spend too much on my ps2 collection, i think i'll stick with shadow of the colossus and metal slug anthology, maybe add street fighter alpha anthology in there for the heck of it...jack00

I don't like anime/japanese stylish games, right there i eliminated 50% of the games on the ps2, i also don't like driving/simulation games except for a few exceptions and childish games which shorten the list even more.

I already tried Twisted metal black, and i don't like GTA games either, in fact i hate them even more then MGS games.

And by the way, i wouldn't know about what a 5 years old kid uses, I finished elementary school a long time ago. But i don't care if i make 1 mistake here and there, english is not my first language.

I looked at your list, and i counted 3 games that i would like to try, ( in the ps2 section only ), but thanks for sharing at least.

I hate sports IRL and the equivelant would be me going out and buying season front row tickets to a football or basketball game. And i'll add this so you shut your teenage mouth for good, you're probably still just a kid who gets all his games from his parents, but one day when you'll get a job and mommy and daddy won't be there to pay for all your stuff, going out and throwing 60$ for every game you want, maybe that day you'll make some changes.

Clock Tower 1 is my favourite too! But I still love Clock Tower 3. I would of recommended Clock Tower 1 if you asked about PS1 games(Unless you're talking about the SNES version).
