Need a new RPG...

I'm a massive fan of the final fantasy series but I'm looking for a new RPG or game with a biiig, emotional story, like the FFs. If anybody knows of any of their faves I might like, listing them would be muchly appreciated =] Just so bored of all these monotonous shooters companies won't stop churning out. I'm in the UK btw so I can't get like Chrono Cross because as far as i know there isn't a PAL version ¬_¬

Try to find Persona 3 or 4, if you're into JRPG's and have a PS2. If you happen to have a Gamecube, I think you can hunt down a copy of Tales of Symphonia online for a fair price, that's a great game too. And if you have a DS, well man, you're in luck: Dragon Quest IV & V, Final Fantasy 3 & 4, The World Ends With You, Disgaea DS, Etrian Odyssey II... and that's the tip of the iceberg.

If you also like western RPG's, Oblivion goes for crazy cheap pretty much anywhere for every current-gen console and there's the Fallout 3 GOTY edition coming, uh, october 13th I think. 60 bucks for a huge game and all of its expansions. I'm so hyped!

You gotta check out Enchanted Arms for ps3.

Its a bad ass game. it says on the cover it has 50 hours of game play. i got 64 out of it my first time beating it.

the game its self is kind of a cross between FF and the pokemon gameboy games. lol.

An RPG with a great story? Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, a fantastic game! 10/10 :D

Oblivion, Mass Effect, Disgaea 3 is pretty good, Sacred 2 Fallen Angel, Fallout 3. And you could always wait until Demon's Souls comes out along with Marvel Ultimate Alliance, the new Final Fantasy, and Diablo 3 will soon come.
