Need to know how much memory these ps2 games take.

I want to keep just two internalmemory cards for my Ps3 and im running out of space.

Ratchet and Clank 1, 2, and 3.

Tak and the power of juju, 2, and 3.

Also why do ps2 games look uglier on a ps3 then on a ps2, even with smoothing and upscaling? is sony working on this?

It depends, PS2 games will look worse depending on what HDTV you have. SD games weren't designed for newer LCD/Plasma systems, therefore the image is stretched causing poor visuals.
