I need to take about a month long break from videogames. I've been playing too much lately and it has gotten in the way of work and class. Any advice to keep my mind occupied? I can't stop thinking about the fact that i cant play since it's become such routine to just play after classes or work. God I just want to play PUBG and Siege soooo bad...

Physical activity is a great way to pump some dopamine and mitigate the effects of mild withdrawal.

If you want something drastic, you may also want to consider unplugging your gaming system and giving it to a trusted friend or relative for safekeeping for the month you want to disconect from gaming. Easy if you're on consoles, not so much if you're on PC, but there are ways.

Smoke pot while you study and go to work high. That'll keep your mind off of gaming for a while.

It sounds like you'll be spending more of your free time on school work and such, unless video games are getting in the way because you stay up way late and barely sleep. Anyway, as already mentioned, exercise is something good to spend time on. You could also just try limiting the time you spend playing games. Maybe start off slow then work down to maybe an hour a day once you've taken care of your other responsibilities.

Just go out more. Take up a sport instead or run.
