From what i understand it , if in a game the player is hit in the leg then they believe they have in 'real life' been hit in the leg. Or for example if you kick a football in the game then the user actually feels the contact with the ball to his foot.

That is not a problem. The difficulty limits how painful it is. Easiest is like getting hit with a plastic pellet while normal is like a paint-ball and hard is like the real thing. I think it would make you better in FPS's.

I don't know how they would do this though. They would probably put a helmet on you that would stimulate parts of your brain.
