Most developers don't do this type of stuff. Multiplayer is generally an added replay value bonus to the main focus, the story. I don't know any game like that other than MAG, which is quite old and not as popular. I believe it's a PS3 exclusive.

Mags , Warhawk, Starhawk and Dust ???(Some numbers I can't remember) on the PS3 are the only ones I can think of at the moment.
