Are there any other retail stores that sell games?  I'm not talking about Best Buy, Sears, Circuit City, Walmart K mart or any of those sad attempts of being for gamers.. Im looking for the PS2 title Disaster Report and none of them around here seem to have it in stock.  Where else can I look other than online?  I cant look online because i simply do not have a credit card or enough for S&H.

Well, lik-sang closed due to some legal issues (which I always thought was undeserved), it used to be pretty good. But right now, yeah, gaming-specific online stores... Might want to try:

  • Toys R Us
  • http://www.gameexpress.com/

I can't vouch for these (well, I can vouch for Toys R Us, they're cool) but that's what came up with a simple google search. Also, you might want to try going directly to the developer's/publisher's sites, I bought my guitar hero through the Red Octane online store, which I thought was pretty cool. Hope that helps.

Oh, no online for some reason! Well, just go to your favorite game related store and order it! They'll go like "oh it's gonna cost a little extra" and you'll be like "ok I guess." Good luck.

There is a place I live called Gamer's Den,  it has video games but also its always full of people playing Magic.  I don't think its a chain though.  Yellow Pages might be a good look.

I have one which is not too bad, but shipping costs so I always like to order two or three games at once to split the shipping try this place always been very reliable:

http://www.gameexpress.com/

BTW I can say that I have ordered $100's of dollars worth of  games here without any  problems.

There's a place called Game Quest that sells a lot of new and hard to find games. Check their website for stores. But this is the US though.

His original post clearly stated that he did not want to order online, hence his "book? read? school?" comment, the implication being that you cannot read beyond the subject line since you game him exactly the kinds of answers he specifically said he didn't want.

Anyway, Ron, no, not really, since Gamestop pretty much bought them all out. You can always try local used music stores. That's probably about as good as you're going to do.

Anyway, if Gamestop can't get it for you, I'd say your chances of getting it that way (not using the internet) are pretty slim.

~-~Lol at how clueless you're acting. He said in his post he DID NOT WANT any on line stores. Note for the Internet, if someone questions your reading skills, it probably means you should start doing it.~-~

  1. Have cash in your wallet.
  2. Have mom or dad drive you to the store...or drive yourself
  3. Walk into a store...Wal-Mart, Kroger, ect.
  4. Pick up a Visa Gift Card
  5. Walk to the check out
  6. Hand the cashier your gift card
  7. Give her/him your cash that is needed for the Visa Gift Card
  8. Drive back home
  9. Get on the internet with your Visa Gift Card in hand
  10. Go to a website that has your game
  11. Check out useing your Visa Gift Card

Your problem will be solved if you buy a Visa Gift Card because it acts like a credit card and can be used however you please. Hope this helps.
