First one reminds me a lot of "Return to Slumber," one of Demon's Souls ending themes. Beautiful stuff.

I love that song. There is a lot of bombastic stuff in Dark Souls, but there are a lot of really interesting tracks like The Ancient Dragon andPinwheelone too. The music in Firelink Shrine, the game's hub, really sets the tone for the game.

This. All of Dark Souls' pieces are great, but the end of the game is a huge contrast to the whole experience, and really leaves its mark on you as you sit and think about what you had actually done during your playthrough. It's brilliant.

Gwyn, Lord of Cinder was actually my first choice. So I'll have to go with Dance of Pales.

I think this one will always be my favorite.

Posting one is pretty tricky considering pretty much every song between FF8-FF10 are pure win but I'll pick one:

It's a personal favorite but not from this generation! It's the awesome Final Fantasy VIII - Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinose

Pure goosebump and nostalgia inspiring song, just like most other FF8 songs!

Too lazy to link but for this generation, it'd be some nice track from either Nier or Journey!

Oh well, here's another memorable one of mine: Shadow of the Colossus: The Opened Way Extended

Back when I played it for the first time the mere thought of giant bossfights was all but a dream, so running into that first colossus and hearing this song play was easily the most epic thing I've ever experienced in gaming.

Okami also deserves an honourable mention of course, still the best game ever made if you ask me, hehe.

I've been partial to "The Sun Rises." Fantastic track to end that final battle on. Climatic and invigorating -- the perfect mix for that scene.

Okami does have some great music and sty1e, I just wish they would have made the gameplay a bit more puzzle oriented and a bit less hand holding. I think it is a solid game, but I think a sequel done right could be amazing.

Unreal has an amazing soundtrack.

Confrontation with the Enemy from Xenoblade. So freaking amazing.
