ps1 rpg with cut scene or voice actors in it

I just recently played xenosgears and i wonder if there was any rpg game like it on the ps1 with anime cut scene or has voice actors in it

The Legend of Dragoon, Grandia, and the Lunar games all have some voice acting, but as far as pure anime style cutscenes... I'm not sure what defines anime to an exact point, but all theses games have voice actots and cut scenes. Also try Koudelka, Star Oceans games, Tales of Eternia. Also if you are into adventure/horror you can try Silent Hill. and the Resident Evil games. Other then those, there are few worth mentioning.
