Title says it all... what are some PS2 games you just couldn't stop playing? For me it was Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3-4, and Resident Evil 4 (Because i could never beat it on professional...)
Final Fantasy X. Most hours I have EVER put into any game. Somehow I put in 320 hours... Only gave I have EVER played where I felt like I was inside the world. Voice acting was great, memorable characters, funny, awesome UI and "leveling" system. You can get it cheap now days if you haven't ever played it, sadly I am completely burnt out and cannot stand to play it anymore. :P
Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. I played that game non-stop when I first got it. Of all the games I played on the PS2, that its the one I played the most.

Just a few I remember would be Rogue Galaxy, Devil May Cry 3, Persona 3 (finished 2 times), Persona 4 (finished 3 times), Shadow of the Colossus (finished 4 or 5 times), Kingdom Hearts 2, Klonoa 2, theres more I just can't remember them all at the moment.
Just to name a few. Man I miss the PS2 back in it's glory days, such a great console looking back on time. I miss last generation, for me this generation has been a disappointment.
i finished (which means i thought it was good) mgs3, dragon quest 8, final fantasy 10. i started valkyrie profile silmeria twice (and stopped both times for random reasons)
I still play Metal gear solid 2 and 3, Resident evil 4, Burnout 3 (even though i don't play it anymore it deserves mentoining since i played it untill i hated it) and ICO
Zone of the Enders 2 and Transformers (the TF Armada game from 2004). I also play Ratchet and Clank 1-3 now and again too, all of those games are great
