(*note i've played NUcturne, SMT DDS1 and 2 and SMT devil summoner)

1. is it important to lvl up my demons before i fuse them, or is this just a waste of time?

2. are the shadows all like weak monsters the bad looking one i saw was like a beattle, thats all, where are all the good stuff

3. In the midnight hour at the taugoroko something there is this green shadow that runs away from me not like the others is that a rare monster like omikoten something like that or its just another weak demon

4.some people are asking me to meet them at the same time after shcool will it affect me if i dont meet them

5. after shcool if i go to the dorm to save will it be ok then go out , coz i just want to go save without the time passing buy

the green monster is rare, and no you don't have to level up personas before fusion. I didn't really catch most of your questions, would you mind changing the wording so I could get them all?

First and foremost if you dont have P3:FEZ then just stop playing and go sell P3 and get P3:Fez. Why would want to screw yourself out of all the extra content? Ok now on to your questions...

1. is it important to lvl up my demons before i fuse them, or is this just a waste of time?

Leveling up PERSONA'S is grueling and difficult. However if you look at them they learn new skills at certain levels. And some skills that you already have "can" turn into completely different skills. What is slightly important is that persona's can pass on skills when you fuse them. So it is beneficial to level up a Persona and learn all of its skills and then "register" it but in the shortrun its not terribly important to try and learn all those skills or worry about leveling up. As you play through the game and become high level you can take weak low level persona's and level them up super fast because their XP gets multiplied.

2. are the shadows all like weak monsters the bad looking one i saw was like a beattle, thats all, where are all the good stuff

each section of "Tartarus"(the tower), has specific monsters you will run into. Theres a bunch of crap monsters, there are usually a really strong single monster, there are really powerful monsters. The really strong ones are red/pink. Gold monsters are rare monsters which is a single hand monster worth alot of money and something special later on. The size of the shadow tells you how many shadows it represents. Just keep climbing the tower and you will start running into tough monsters.

3. In the midnight hour at the taugoroko something there is this green shadow that runs away from me not like the others is that a rare monster like omikoten something like that or its just another weak demon

If the shadow has a little frieghtened sign above its head then you are just way more powerful than it. My rare monsters are Gold. Gold monsters are worth money, and something special later on. You have to approach them from behind. (like you should every shadow)

4.some people are asking me to meet them at the same time after shcool will it affect me if i dont meet them

Nothing bad will happen but hanging out with people raises your SOCIAL LINKS. Having high level social links allows the Persona's that relate to that social link to get bonus XP when they are made through fusion. So its really beneficial to have high S Link.s For example if you have Fortune lv3 S link and then you fuse some persona's together and get a Fortune type persona it will get a bunch of extra XP and probably level up once or twice( which is awesome since leveling is so freaking slow)

5. after shcool if i go to the dorm to save will it be ok then go out , coz i just want to go save without the time passing buy

Once you enter the Dorm time will advance to "Late Night"....I forget the word but between 7pm-10pm. Everything will be closed except for a few places. So unless you want to skip the "after school" time period DO NOT goto the dorms. You can't save and then go run around town and try to do things.

On the weekends if you leave your room it will automatically skip forward to "after school" hours also. So if you want to do anything on your computer you cant leave your room.

Other things to know.....

-In the Velvet room you can REGISTER persona's. This means that Elizabeth saves your persona's AS THEY ARE and over writes the one in her compendium which are the base versions of each persona. Persona's you REGISTER can be summoned again later for money. Once you learn all the skills of a persona or if it has gained any XP and your about to use it for fusion make sure you register them. BE CAREFUL though. If you Register a cool persona and then fuse it or just kick it out of your persona list and you get a weaker version, make sure you dont register it and save over your good one.

For example you Register a lv50 persona with cool skills and then you get rid of. Later on you get that persona basic card again at lv5. Dont register the lv5 version or you will erase the lv50 one.

-You will have a boss fight every 30 days no matter what you do. So goto Tartarus every freaking chance you get to level up. Usually I go every 3 days. I dont enter Tartarus unless my main guy is feeling GREAT so he crits more and stuff.

-Just pay attention to your persona's weakness's and strengths those are about the only thing that matter and i know you know how all that works.

-In Tartarus there are return devices and then there are better ones that let you return to that floor(usually these are right before floor guardians.). Anyways when you return to the 1st floor everyone gets healed. This probably wont be that helpful in the beginning but maybe you will do better than me hehe. My first couple of blocks didnt get very well.

PS: How the hell did you beat DDS2 so fast?? How many hours did you put on it? Seemed like you only started a week ago or something?

1. is it important to lvl up my demons before i fuse them, or is this just a waste of time?

Well leveling demons before you fuse them means you could learn more skills to improve the persona your about to fuse it, if your Persona won't learn anymore skills, then it's recommended to fuse them into something better

2. are the shadows all like weak monsters the bad looking one i saw was like a beattle, thats all, where are all the good stuff

It's still early in the game, you don't expect the first part of the game to be hard do you?

3. In the midnight hour at the taugoroko something there is this green shadow that runs away from me not like the others is that a rare monster like omikoten something like that or its just another weak demon

Taugoroko? What is that? Are you talking about Tartarus? The green shadow is actually gold, it's a rare monster that can drop these coins that can be worth a decent amount of money

4.some people are asking me to meet them at the same time after shcool will it affect me if i dont meet them

Meet who?

5. after shcool if i go to the dorm to save will it be ok then go out , coz i just want to go save without the time passing buy

No you can't, if you do then it will immediately be nighttime and then you'll have wasted a day.

thankx anything else i should know plz do say

Yes, be patient with the game and get Persona 4 afterwards.

Abandon and rhen-var thankz a million. and yes i have PErsona FEs. i was playing this (P3) coz a friend told me it's easy to lvl up charm, academic, and courage here in P3 and will be harder on FEs, which im not sure is thats true, and if you guyz don;t mind i got another thing to ask

1. i checked out the calendar and it only has about 1 year, will i run out of days to play, or it is set like Dragoon Quarters where you have the exactly enuf time to do everything.

2. ok i had my demons level up a little and then they learnd a few skills and lvl before i can register them, so when i fuse a DEmon and bought back the same demon from Elizebeth i found that they all restart level WTMFG, is this insane it's not like previous SMT games when you save em and they remain that way hUH

the rest i will figure out my self just let you know this thing is freaking amazing game LOL

About The SMTDDS2 i finished it about 2 weeks and thats 2x thru the game burned 13 hours a day in that what it took from my life sweet ones, coz i normally go for 100% all i can

A little bit of both, you will run out of days however you will have enough time to do pretty much everything.

2. ok i had my demons level up a little and then they learnd a few skills and lvl before i can register them, so when i fuse a DEmon and bought back the same demon from Elizebeth i found that they all restart level WTMFG, is this insane it's not like previous SMT games when you save em and they remain that way hUH

Well when you do any tiny changes to a Persona, you have to register them in the compendium BEFORE you fuse it into something else. And then you can bring it back with the same stats when before you use it up.

the rest i will figure out my self just let you know this thing is freaking amazing game LOL

Indeed, it is amazing.

About The SMTDDS2 i finished it about 2 weeks and thats 2x thru the game burned 13 hours a day in that what it took from my life sweet ones, coz i normally go for 100% all i can

Going 100% takes dedication man, good luck.

I havent Beat Fez. It will probably be a very long time before i pick the boring piece of crap up again. So I cant answer your first question. The second question I already answer with my first post dude lol. When you level up and do cool crap to your persona's you have to REGISTER them to save them as is before you do any fusions.

Registering a persona "saves" it as is even how much XP it has to go to level. If you use that persona in a fusion after you register and you still want it you can go into the compendium and summon the one you saved for money(which you shouldnt do to often cuz money is tight.)

Ok I raised a Persona to lv20 and Register it. Then i fuse it with some crap persona i got after a battle and its gone. Now if the lv20 persona I had was one i got in Tartarus I could go back into tartarus and get another one but it wont be lv20 it will start back at its default. However because i registered it i can just goto the velvet room and talk to elizabeth and view her compendium(persona saves) and summon my lv20 if I had the fat wad of cash it would take.

Lol...That "friend" is me :P As i told u in ur PM thats how i worked up my Persona 3 by going through wh Persona 3 first as at that stage i concentrate on juz level up my Academic Courage and Charm which is important for some of ur S.Link like Yukari and Mitsuru and excellent way to get well in ur exam and get 1st in ur class. After i played it for 2days...level up Academic to 4 Charm to 3 and Courage to 4 then i startd play Persona 3 Fes. I start at New Game and transfer all data that i create from Persona 3 So i dont hv to rush spinning my head bout Academic or Charm or Courage. So i hv more free time for other "outside school" S.Link when exam is round the corner as all "in school" disappear at that time.

If ever u have create persona that have "heart" wh it..Register it. Try to bring it whenever u go to Tautarus and use it till it didnt hv any skill to level up and give u sumthing. "Dont register it after u get that sumthing" juz dismiss it from ur list as u can do it all over again by buying back that same persona in the compedium. Its all up to u. Thats only my suggestion.

As to ur question..."Will u hv enough time to finish it all within that 1 year?" No u cant. Academic Courage and Charm may be but not S.Link. You hv to finish each S.Link as after u finish wh them ..each of them will unlock new persona which is important for Elizabeth request. Thats mean not all Elizabeth request u can get with. And i can say that the unlock persona is best and strong than the ordinary one. U will discover this by urself when u step more in this game.

lol. Your pissed about FF13 and taking it out on me??? Sony doesnt have jack to do with Sqaure-enix deciding to go multiplat. Its not looking good for sony though. Im still standing back waiting to see if anyone get delivered a knock out punch in the console war and then go with the winner and I think sony is on the ropes.

well most of your questions have been answered but I didn't see the time one answered so I'll throw out the info on that one. No it is entirely impossible to beat the game 100% without playing new game plus. That is because it is impossible to manage your time to where you can get every S. Link maxed out and get its ultimate persona available. If you're not a masachist I really wouldnt' worry about that and just focus on getting the specialty personas you want for yourself I.E. Thanatos, Messiah, and Mara. However if its something you enjoy play the new game plus and get the entire compendium unlocked but it takes a guaranteed 2 plays to do this even though the second play through is halved in time due to the lack of difficulty with your saved stats.

PS3 is still the better choice only due to the fact that is has Blu Ray. More expensive but cheapest Blu Ray player available. Not many exclusives but so what? You still get to play the games. Firmware that breaks down? Wait a couple of days before updating. Anything that is man-made will have a failure rate because we are human. Xbox is not perfect and PS isnt either.

You only can take data from P3 when you play New Game in P3 fes. I did tried play P3 fes halfway and then start Fes New Game.....i cant find the P3 fes that i playd halfway. So i make my own conclusion that you only can take data from P3 when you start New Game in P3 fes. Dont concentrate on the S.Link if you play P3. Juz aim Academic and Charm and Courage. Diffrent between P3 and P3 fes that really obvious for me is time that i am in the Shrine. With P3 no time changing when you do your things there but in P3 fes time direct change to evening. I use this advantage in P3 to pray for my S.Link so i get more close to one that i aim at that time.

Pulled straight from the FES FAQ Sticky thread on the FES board:

"> Data Conversion
From Original P3 to FES (to Episode Yourself only, Episode Aegis is independent story mode)
- All stats - Academic, Charm and Courage
- S-link max items
- All the MIx-Raid lists. (JT's note: I believe this is referring to the combined persona skills)
- List of Compendium (all skills and levels will be reset to Base)
That is all. Nothing else"

Oh and btw, I believe the PS3 is still worth having. It's not like FF13 was the only good game for it. Of the three main consoles, I play my PS3 the most, and I'm anxiously await the arrival of Disgaea 3 next month.

To a limited extent, yes. You can only carry over the data I listed above over from P3 to P3 FES. So you won't carry over your level, equipment, items, and money like you would in a normal new game+, but still at least you don't have to worry about maxing out academics, courage, and charm again.
