Favorite thing about Rainbow Road has always been the music. I've enjoyed all the Rainbow Road themes.
Also I remember jumping off the side in the N64 version in order to bypass like half the track, and pull off a huge lead. Didn't always end well, and that's what made it fun. That track was long!
I actually liked the N64 one, true it was long but that meant that anyone could win and would see plenty of lead changes. Plus don't forget chomp.
I've only played MK:DD, Mario Kart DS, and Mario Kart Super Circuit (GBA) so i'll do it out of those 3.
1. Mario Kart: Double Dash- Best graphics and i loved the music. Sometimes stars would fall onto the track, and at certain points it would be difficult to stay on the track, but that made it fun x).
2. Mario Kart DS- Better graphics than the GBA version. Track was kind of easy.
3. Mario Kart Super Circuit- I remember that the music from this one was my favorite. It was challenging and long.
Every time I've played Rainbow Road with friends they say the same thing: "Oh right on, Rainbow Road." Then a few seconds later: "I hate Rainbow Road!" It lulls you in with its pretty colors, then it forces you off the edge into oblivion. HillyBillyXD Exactly how I feel. We'll start playing it because of the pretty colors, then the track starts going all over the place, we start cursing and complaining, then we go to an easier track. =P
