I was digging into my PS2 collection andcame upon Sonic Mega Collection my cousin gave meawhile back. I fired it up on my PS3 and i thought creating topic about how mario and sonic battled during those days. so my questions is

1. Super Mario 1-3/Mario World vs Sonic 1-3-Sonic&Knuckles

2. Gameboy Mario games vs Game Gear Mario Games( mega collection has alot)

3. Mario 64 vs Sonic Adventure(Dreamcast)

i like sonic more, mario is more trial and error to me. i grow up with the mastersystem games (same as gamegear)

Im a big Sonic fan so I always play/buy every new Sonic title that comes out. Theyre all pretty fun to me even though everyone complains about them. Only one thats disappointed me is "Black Knight"... short and too easy.

I love Mario games but once it went 3D it lost something for me. I prefer the 2D Marios. However even though Im a big Sonic fan my favorite game of all time is still Super Mario Bros. 3 on NES.

Man, I honestly would give up anything to relive those days again as a kid. I like today's games but those 8 and 16 bit games will always have a place in my heart. Enough said.
