RIOT GAMES DISCRIMINATING WITH BANNING

Riot games is clearly discriminating when it comes to banning. I am handicapped and have a handicap accessible computer. I let someone borrow my computer so that they could play valorant. They did install cheating software and hacked my account. When I got my computer back and tried to log in to my valorant account I noticed it had a permanent hardware ban on it. I contacted Riot Games, explained what happened and that I formatted the hard drive and took the computer back to factory settings and that this was a handicap accessible computer and they refuse to remove the hardware ban so that I can actually play valorant on a computer that I am physically able to. In the meantime, I am using a computer that I can't really physically play on and there are more cheaters playing valorant now than ever before and I am the one being punished for being nice and letting someone who didn't have a computer borrow it so they could play. If that isn't discrimination I don't know what is. I am moving forward with a campaign against Riot Games for discriminating against the disabled and picking and choosing who they ban.

And herein lies the problem when you lend out your computer and give out your passwords. Handicapped enabled or not, sympathy will get you no where. And playing the discrimination card is just tacky.

You are responsible for your own computer. Your account got caught, plain and simple you were banned. Doesn't matter if the game is full of cheaters, they will get to them.

Also as someone born handicapped, don't pull that card out.

you had cheating software on your hardware, it doesn't matter if it was you or not, if you are disabled or not.

It sucks for you but, I don't know...maybe don't lend your computer out to people that will abuse your trust and frame you.

Sue your "friend", not Riot.

Also, maybe in the future ask yourself "Why does this person need my PC to play Valorant? Why can't they use their PC?"

The answer is: they probably did, but they cheated and got banned.

My sympathies, but take assurance f rom the fact there are plenty of good games out there to play.

Put yourself in the position of the developers. You catch someone running cheating software on their computer to play your game, so you ban them, and they give you the excuse you just used. What would you think? It's not discrimination. If they found cheating software on my PC for a game I played, I'd expect to be banned as well.

That said, cheating on PC gaming really is getting out of hand, and I have no sympathy for those who do it because entire genres have been wrecked by people who cannot play the game like an adult. Even Fall Guys FFS has been ruined by it.

You weren't banned cause you were handicapped though.

You were banned because your computer was used to cheat.
