Uhh, yeah dude. They announced it already. Check the Rock Band website. I think it's November 4th if I remember. Nothing too great on the 20 free songs, so don't get too excited.

Ah, I just checked it out.

That's crazy I didn't hear about that, I've been doing my best following along with this.

Eh, I have only heard of a few of the bands, but it's free - no reason to complain over some thing that is free.

I'm glad they included Between the Buried and Me.

Yeah. But you can only get the free stuff if you purchased RB2.

IV is a great song, though not my first choice for an X Japan Rock Band debut, but if this opens the floodgates for an X Japan mega songpack like The Who got, as well as other J-rock content, I'm all for it. As for an X Japan songpack itself, I'm thinking...

X
Kurenai
I'll Kill You
Dear Loser
Sadistic Desire
Weekend
Endless Rain
Silent Jealousy
Voiceless Screaming
Dahlia
Scars
Rusty Nail
Tears
Drain

And then the following 6-track introductory songpack for J-rock...

High and Mighty Color - Ichirin no Hana
Asian Kungfu Generation - Rewrite
Kenji Otsuki and Fumihiko Katsu - Odoru Akachan Ningen
Abingdon Boys School - As One
Orange Range - Matsuri Danshaku
Luna Sea - Tonight
