RB2. Once you play the Rock Band guitars then it's hard to go back to GH because of the spaces inbetween the buttons of the GH guitars.
RB has the DLC for new songs and is just much better developed in my opinion. I don't think the Dev's at GH give a hoot about what they put out since they release a new piece of garbage every couple of months!
Rock Band is just so much more polished than guitar hero. GH still has those clunky menus and you always feel like you're just going through a list rather than actually being part of something. Oh and yeah, the spaces are annoying and the clicking is pointless and distracting.
I like more GH:WT setlist, but RB2 DLC is huge and awesome. Both are cool games, it all depends on what songs you like more. Just one thing, get RB2 drumset. :)
Rock Band 2. The ever expanding song library and shiny visuals make it better than GH in my opinion. Though I like WT's customization settings for your band, I play Rock Band more.
