Not a fair comparison, IMHO... GameCube has more powerful hardware then DreamCast, so GC graphics are better... DC is also an older console, so some of it's games were re-released on GC later on, like Skyes of Arcadia: Legends... In short - depends what games you are looking for, but both are great in their own right.
