ive been looking to buy the .Hack games for A LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time cause i only played .Hack//Infection. i beat it and i loved it but the store next to me didnt have the rest. this was years ago though.

i checked online and gamestop should have both sets of .Hack games, but i cant order online. i found a store that actually has them, but for the first set its $130 and im sure the other set is also $100+. so im wondering, do i hunt down each one or should i spend alot on them from this store?

Give amazon a try. The games are usually in very good condition.

Wait, isn't it possible the game could be a knockoff? Sorry, i don't know much about that kind of stuff...

Those games aren't worth anywhere near that. They are for the most part repetitious and boring. If you must have them I recommend paying no more than 20 dollars a piece, and that's pushing it.

www.half.com, it's an affiliate of ebay. you can probably find the .Hack games cheap there. And you wouldn't get any bootleg games off of those websites. And the first 3 games in the original series would cost you $26 on Half.com, but the 4th one is priced at $47.97. (I'd look elsewhere for that one.)

They could be, but most sellers would give a refund if it is. If they do not give a refund then you would just give them bad feedback and report the seller.

I wouldn't recommend any of those games. It's just an endless repeat of doing the same old boring stuff. so IF you want to put yourself through that, I'd recommend bargain hunting.

You're 100% safe when using paypal. I've had to deal with a few scams and if the item is not as described, the seller must refund the money, whether they accept returns or not. I've never had a counterfeit disc game, but a lot of Chinese companies try to pass off pirated DS cartridges. I've been using eBay and Half.com for years and I'd say they're the way to go.

i would go with amazon.com or ebay. you can look up a persons rating, and if they have no negative negative feedback or little of it, then you'll know they are trustworthy. I wouldnt imagine you would need to spend anywhere near 130 for only 4 games.
