its a good game. has a good storyline and visually its good looking. but its a long game that leans towardsthe repetitive side. but its definitely worth the rent.
I played the demo and didn't particuarly enjoy it. The setting of the game especially didn't appeal to me. Should I give it another chance? Solid_Snake325
I originally bought the game for full price when it was released in the U.K for £39.00.. But decided to get a refund a couple of levels into the game because I just could'nt get into it whilst also thinking that the game certainly was'nt worth nearly £40.00 ! (it was the most I'de ever paid for a game as I never usually pay more than £25.00 tops).. One year later, and after learning that a sequel was on it's way, I bought it new again for £12.00 and decided to give it another wirl.. I'm pleased I gave the game another chance, because it'squite unique, atmospheric, has an interesting storyand still holds up as one of the best looking titles to appear on the 360... Even though gameplay can get repetitious and monotonous at times (especially the 'hacking' mini games), it's certainly one of those titles that should be experiences at least onceby gamers into first person titles.
If you have chance to sit down and just play the game for an entire weekend then I'd definately recommend renting it. You should be able to finish it in that length of time although you probably wouldn't get a really good feel for the frankly amazing atmosphere that game created.
Would set you up for sequel though so perhaps just as a means for deciding if you'll like that, it's worth a rental.
