I have 3 favs that i can think of on the spot:

Bad Company 2: Haggard complains about being in the special forces and still blowing up barrels so Sweetwater asks what he'd rather be doing and haggard responds with this: "Oh you know rescueing hostages, Doing slow-mo weopons kills on terrorists, Telling people to Get off my Plane" i lold so hard at that because of his impersonation of Harrison Ford in Airforce 1.

Mass Effect: Your on some 400-500 degree volcanic planet and when you step outside Wrex says ' Hmm another 100 degrees or so and i might start to get uncomfortable, how are you mammals doing Shepard?"

Warhammer 40k Winter Assualt: Space marine platoons has crashed in hostile terrirory and surrounded by enemys and continuelsy fighting non-stop to which an Ultramarine Chaplain yells out to motivate his men " YOU WILL NOT DISGRACE THE EMPEROR MEN, BY DIEING HERE TODAY"

This one requires a lot of context to understand. But in Fallout New Vegas a guy called Benny invites you to a hotel room. While you're in there, he sends four men inside to kill you. After you kill them all this exchange occurs over the intercom.

Benny(thinking you're a guard): The cleaners will knock twice. Tell them to be thorough.

Courier(you): Yeah it's a real mess in here. Four bodies.
