microsoft customer service sucksYeah, I did the whole repair thing online. As long as it's for the RRoD I don't have to pay, which is nice....I hope the whole repair/receive won't be painful.
I bought mine last year (August 2007 I believe), and I seem to be having some trouble with it. If the system starts giving me problems what should I do? What's the least expensive way to fix it? I didn't buy the warranty at the Circuit City. Anyway, I was playing Call of Duty 4,and the game kept on crashing in the middle of the online. Now it has the three red lights flashing. In short, I believe my system has the red ring of death....sigh.viewtiful26Crazy, cause I bought my 360 around the same time, and it ALSO started messing up during CoD4 online (about 2 weeks ago). I had RRoD the next day. I filled out repair request online, they sent me a box. I think my console is on my way back to me already from repair (it only spent ONE DAY there.... bad sign?)

Why is it a bad sign? I think the repairs can be done quickly, or maybe they'll just send you a new model instead of replacing all the internal stuff.

Why did'nt you buy warranty? You can see some youtube videos on how to repair it.naju890_963
Well, Microsoft will fix my Red ring for free...and I really don't feel like fixing the console on my own.
