Squareenix/Squaresoft games that are M rated?

Seriously. Squaresoft/Squareenix games is always aimed for teenagers to play for its games. I just heard there is a Squaresoft/Squareenix game that is M rated. Is there really a Squareenix/Squaresoft game that is M rated?? M? you know "for mature people". I hope you understand it.

The Last Remnant received an M rating. Also, just because they make very few M games doesn't mean they are targeting a kiddie audience. Last time I checked not many youngsters were into JRPGs.

Parasite Eve 1-2, The Last Remnant and Drakengard 1 & 2 are rated M, but that's it.

This thread was just proven false. Those are definitely "M" rated titles from Square Enix.

But a game doesn't have to be rated M to be good. More than two thirds of Square Enix games are great, the other third are just decent RPG's.

alot of their well named series are from decades ago. games back then werent very violent, or had mature content. to start doing it now would change the game way too much.

I like the red stuff in games as much as the next guy, but 'rating' and 'target audience' aren't the same thing.
