Ok, So this is probably my first post that isn't flaming or trolling, Anyways.

Which one is better, And which one provides better support for the Middle east region?

Thanks.

Steam, hands down. Direct2Drive's worldwide library is extremely gimped and they've got nothing on Steam's frequent deals. Also, Steam is so much more than just a store, it's a service with plenty of cool features (Steam Cloud, Steamworks, achievements, etc.).

I would definitely go with Steam, for the reasons the poster above me said. And can't go wrong with awesome deals that Steam has all the time :D

I agree for the same reasons. I have used direct2drive a few times but given a choice I would always use steam first.

Seconded. When Direct2Drive had a huge birthday sale week, most of the deals were exclusive to North America. If a game is available elsewhere, I refuse to D2D because of their horrible worldwide support.

Steam. Let D2D die from its old age.
