Another game I hated was Sword Of The New World: Granado Espana. Sure, the graphics were beautiful as hell, but the gameplay/combat system/camera angles were horrid. The only other game which I quit playing due to a clunky interface was Final Fantasy XI: Online. As a bit of advice, DO NOT BUY UFO:EXTRATERRESTRIALS. I bought it as I am a big fan of the X-COM series, played every game from UFO Defense up to Interceptor (and unfortunately Enforcer).UFO:Extraterrestrials is the lamest, most boring, least interesting game I have ever played that I can remember
One of my friends brought something to my attention that made me think that maybe I am a hypocrite. In one of my earlier post on this topic I remarked that I thought GTA was a bad game and that it revelled in glorifying some of the "worst aspects of humanity". Well, my friend pointed out the fact that I love both the movie and the game of The Warriors. In the game you are a gang member, you rob, steal, mugpeople ( although after you rob them, u let them go), beat up cops when they try to arrest you, and cause general mayhem. So maybe I am being over critical, the only real differences I can see is that in The Warriors (game) there is almost no blood, and all "weapons" are things you find lying around (bottles, bricks, pieces of wood, etc) no guns or knives as of yet, although I haven't played the game all the way through. So, anyway, if I was being overly critical of the GTA games, I do apologize.
The Guitar Hero/Rock Band franchise.They are certainly solid games,but when it seems like most of my peers and acquaintances in the school I attend don't seem to play any other games than just Guitar Hero/Rock Band,and oftentimes never stop speaking about them in general,I've come to develop quite a bit of animosity towards the games.VGobbsesser
Exactly what I was gonna say. To me it's sort of the same thing with Wii Sports. Whenever my non hardcore gamerfriends want to play the Wii, they always want to play Wii Sports. It gets annoying because as someone in this thread previously stated, it's more like a tech demo than a full game.
Let me first say that I loved the original MGS (and those that came before it), but after the first it went downhill very fast. The story became unnecessarily complex and convoluted, pretentious, preachy and outright preposterous. Worst of all, the game was so reliant of the aforementioned to truly get into it that what was supposed to be the main strength of the "game" came to be it's greatest downfall. I'm angry that such a great game series turned into an extreme exercise in inept storytelling hid under the guise of brilliant presentation and well done game mechanics. If MGS did not have the "cool" factor going for it, nobody would care or give it a second thought.

Haha, ya I was pretty disappointed with FF7. I like forced myself to play through the first two discs and im currently stuck on the third (my first play through). I'll probably beat just to say I played it, but I like FF8 wayyy better.
Games I hate the most: I know its really...really...reallllllllllly old but PacMan and Pong. I can't sit there and play either for more than two minutes.
