The first game I played was one those Sonic games for the Sega Genesis.ArmoredCore55
My first system I had was a Gameboy Color and my first games for it were A Bug's Life and Pokemon Blue and I got it when i was 4 but i remember my older brother had a Sega Genesis and i would play Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and 2 when i was younger.
The first game I played was on the atari 2600 it was these litle pixels that looked like tank I dont remember the name but back then that was a realy good game :)
For me it was the NES with somewhere around 8 games including mario bros, startropics and mario bros. 3. around age 9. even though the Playstation and N64 were in full swing at that time, the NES was much cheaper.

I didn't really get into it until I started playing sonic and then the age of RPGS came, and I was sold from then on, due to extensive gaming sessions involving Chrono Cross, Legend of Dragoon, and FFVII.
The first game that opened my eyes to the world of gaming was Nemesis for the original GB. At the time, I was just totally fascinated by the notion of controlling a cluster of pixels situated onto the screen. It was my first love.

same...at 3 years old. the system was more for my older sister. we got it for christmas in 1991. it was a piece. my dad had to return it and exchange it 4 times until he got one that worked.
That was too long ago/I was too young to remember. It would have been Pole Position in the arcades though, or Pac-Man on the Atari 2600 (my grandparents had one) much before the NES was ever released. I gamed for years on the 5200 before anyone ever heard of the NES.
