I never broke a controller because i have never been so "angry" over a game that i felt the need to break something.
So maybe talk with your parents about getting that anger problem under control?
Never broke a controller in my life from anger, I just keep it cool and try, try again until I win.
@Jacanuk: Nope. I might just kill you instead. (jk)
I be very careful saying stuff like this. Telling someone that your gonna kill someone, can get a person into a lot of trouble around here. Fair warning.
When I was much younger I use to throw my controllers in frustration and anger. Thankfully though that was in the days of the NES and SNES and those controllers were simpler and solid as a brick. I'm much more mellow these days though and don't do that anymore. Again thankfully because controllers are more complex with more possibilities for them to break and they're pretty expensive as well.
What about breaking your Wii controller by having it fly out of your hand because you didn't have the strap on?
Didn't happen to me, but I'm just saying.

man you have quite the sense of humour don't you.
as for myself, i've never broken a controller from rage, but I've damaged a couple of keyboards.
1) playing Trackmania Nations Forever a long time ago, I had gold medals on all of the tracks except for one. I decided to sit down and get that last gold medal, after trying and failing for like an hour, I snapped and started dragging my hand across the laptop keyboard and kinda popped out a few of the keys and they were never the same again.
2) for a very long time I used a dell keyboard that was pretty much indestructible. I'd smash my fists down on the keyboard when angry and nothing bad would happen. After a very long time the keyboard died, and I replaced it with a random Logitech one. The first time I got angry, I smashed my fists down on it and keys went flying everywhere. I was able to reattach most of them, but there were a couple I was never able to find. I still use this keyboard, and its missing the Enter and Num Lock keys on the numpad.
now that I live by myself I just scream cursewords when I get angry in games. I do the same thing while driving. Its very therapeutic.
