I think you'll have to be more specific - and more patient! You only waited 15 minutes for a reply!

What type of game are you looking for? Age of Wonders 3 - you can be a "summoner", Skyrim you can summon stuff, Diablo 3 you can summon stuff.

Hell you can even Summon stuff in Bioshock.... nothings more bad ass than rolling with two bots for Boddy Guards.

Try any of the older Final Fantasy games, or Dragon Quest

If you're looking for a game where you can be a summoner and build it whichever way you'd like, I would suggest Path of Exile. I would also suggest the Witch class and googling some beginner summoner builds. It's free-to-play on Steam, so it's at least worth a look.

Pretty much any D&D game from Baldur's Gate and up will have the ability to summon monsters/creatures to fight on your behalf. That's both Baldur's Gates, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2, and presumably Temple of Elemental Evil although I haven't played that one.

What you're asking for is fairly common in the fantasy RPG genre and some sci-fi RPGs. Shadowrun Returns has a fantasy element and Shamans can conjure powerful elementals to aid in combat. There's even a mechanic to summoning in those games where you can potentially lose control of your summoned creature.

The Geneforge series seemed to be heavily focused on summoners...but I haven't played those in ages, so I could be wrong.
