Timesplitters: FP was really good... Timesplitters 4?

I've just finished Timesplitters: Future Perfect on the PS2 and I had a lot of fun: it looks good with hi-res textures and superior animation, has great sound and voice acting, plays great with fully customizable buttons ans sharp controls, the story is simple but functional with funny characters and some memorable lol moments, there is a lot of variety with different levels themes, enemies and weapon sets for each time period. Story mode is a bit short and the game is generally easy (except one or two frustrating moments), but there's a hoard of minigames and online+bots multiplayer modes with 150 character skins to choose from to keep interest going. In short: a great game.

Now I'd be going after the two prequels, though I hear they're multiplayer only. In this case I heard there's a fourth chapter in the series coming up which is even better.

My question: are there any news about it?

Other than the teaser with the monkies wearing the Master Chief Helmets or w/e, I don't think so.

You can still play TS2. It isn't multiplayer only though I personally feel TS2 had better multiplayer than FP.

And as previously mentioned, there hasn't been a lot of news on TS4. I hope we get some more news soon.
