Do you prefer the rumble feature on your controller on or off?

I personally do not like it as I feel it takes away my attention from the action on screen. What do you think?

Well, it's better than just having cold plastic in your hands.

In some games, it is worth having the rumble on. But not all of them. That's my take. :)

I love it.

It brings another sense into the gaming mix and helps immerse you in the game.

Having the controller jerk when firing a gun, hitting a dude in the face with an axe, or spinning your rear wheels wildly as you drift around a bumpy corner, it's something tangible that adds a lot to the experience. Playing with rumble off is so sterile in comparison, like playing a high definition game on an SDTV with tinny speakers.
