I'm going to say before hand that I am probably going to be bias, and maybe racist so I apologize before hand if i have offended you. But these are all my personal veiws and nothing else. I've always wondered about the Villains in movies and games. Their always so stereotypical? I just played Call of Duty World at War..... and I was disappointed at the Japanese AI. I myself being half Japanese, felt pissed. Not because I was shooting my own kind, but because how stupidthe Japanese looked. Running around mindlessly, not taking cover, and screaming every time they try to melee someone. There probably would have been some people that would do that... but not all of them. I wouldn't scream in a loud voice and kill someone when I'm hiding behind a steel door. What do other people think about their own country being 'dumbed down' in games. Do you find it offensive, or just take it in as a joke?
I wouldn't know, Norwegians are rare in videogames. But I can see where you are coming from and I think it's a matter of opinion really, you might find it offensive while another person of the same orientation might find it funny. In any case Japanese soldiers running around screaming is portrayed in Western war movies too so if anything it's a stereotype that is dragged along and used often.
man i must say,you are right those guys suck as villains on that game(no offense)i think the best bad guys ever made are the russians...take metal gear 2 for instance.but dont be mad man,after all its only a game,just play it;)
