Ok guys I found this awesome youtube video. It told me how to do this. To unlock those two levels you have to do this:

While in the main menu look down all the way at your hands. This can be down for both xbox and ps3. Press RT LT LB and RB a bit. You will break free of the chair. Walk around the room and you'll see in the back there's a computer.

Enter the computer and put this in: 3arc Unlock. Do not forget the space. Now go to zombies and enjoy! :)
