What do you think of A new Gears Of War,but,strategy

Just played Gears Of War and its awesome!See,Ive been a Gears Of War fan,just that didnt have the money to get the game till now.

I've been thinking,ever imagined a Gears Of War game,but instead of it being a shooter,is it possible if we make it a strategy game instead.Sound cool to me,what do you guys think?

I don't know about GoW being a strategy.

Its bound to happen, and it will be slated as the RTS with the stop and pop mechanics w/ excesive gore. Wait and see, it will happen. the have to change up the formula, although i though part 2 sp campaign was a big improvement over the first, it was more or less the same thing... part 3 won't change much unless the do something like make part of it an rts.

I forgot for a minute that Halo is the game that all other games are based off of.

Haha,come to think of it,it does sound stupid.But I guess it all depends on Ensemble.I can still imagine how awesome or lousy it would be though.

Dear Lord, let's hope not. Gears of War universe isn't half as interesting as the Halo universe and, really, that's pretty much the only thing Halo Wars has going for it. We really don't need another shallow console RTS spin-off of a popular shooter series especially one with such a drab universe.
