[QUOTE="nopalversion"]ICO? Overmarketed? Does not compute...gamingqueen

No,no,don´t get me wrong.I meant SotC.

@Gamingqueen: I can stand games I have nothing to slay or shoot,but the technical issues,and the horrible Controls (yeah,I know the horse is realistic to steer,but that is NOT good) killed all the fun for me.I prefer running through Oblivions world for example,doing nothing but just look around.It doesn´t give me the feel of isolation of course,but I think it´s more...interesting.Maybe because I don´t have a clue what I see next.Maybe I whould like it in SotC too if the technical issues whouldn´t make it so difficult to enjoy.That´s why I don´t like the game.I think that point is acceptable.It was killed for me by just little issues that could have been not sooo bad if they didn´t came all together.And it kills the sight for all artictic standpoints if I throw a pad against the wall.I had to restry the 1st Boss 15 times because the "trigger point" was more like a "random point"....

No you're missing the point of SOTC.... it's not for you clearly... it's not a sandbox game either.

If you pay attention well to the Dormin at the beginning, you'd know that there's a vital point on every colossi's body. I'm beating that game on HTA and fyi, the more you kill colossus the easier it gets. When I first unlocked this mode I thought no way I'm gonna be able to beat a colossi in under 6 minutes but I did!

I know,but that didn´t make it easier if my character does what he wants...or nothing...maybe I have just to tame the camera.I will give the game a fourth try.Just because I like you :P

The storyline to all the Half Life games just sucks you in and the physics, graphics look better everytime.

Shadow of the Colossus is a another masterpiece, one of the most original games I've ever played.

@THELEGENDKNIGHT - For me, FFXII is a really great game and I couldn't ask for more but what slightly disappoints me is the fact that there is not enough progression among the characters. Like they don't have enough character background. It's very much absent amongst the characters in this game so I didn't get to connect with them like I did with other FF games. Or any other RPG for that matter. The characters seem empty to me. I don't know.

@SEMIMASTER - Wow really, you were once enrolled in a military facility that is so much like the Gardens in FFVIII? Wow, that's pretty cool, I can easily say you can relate very well with their line of duty and everything. I agree with you, the game is somewhat unappreciated and not very understood - which makes me very sad. I mean, it's a really beautiful game with incredible characters and their lives somewhat linked to each other.

Another beautiful game for me is GTA: Vice City. There is something about it that captivated me. I even loved it better than what GTA: San Andreas has to offer.

Yeah, that was pretty and imaginative enough. I just didn't find the characters very likeable.

I'd say Oblivion or Lost Oddysey, in terms of serenity, atmosphere, and beautiful music.

In terms of emotional response, the Half-Life games and Lost Oddysey.

I'm tied between Okami, FFX, SotC, and ICO, but i think i'm edging towards FFX.

Some of the environments though in FFX were just perfect for me. First time on Besaid with Wakka in the distance, and the music that accompanies fits it so well. Same goes for running up mt. gagazet while it always snows, and in zanarkand with all the pyreflies. I love that universe so much and some of those locations, i wish i was there myself since it is just so breathtaking. In addition, i had a big emotional investment in the characters, and the storyline and atmosphere was great all the up to the amazing conclusion that had this horrible sense of inevitablity about it.

I could've written what i just said so much better, but thinking about FFX... i have so many good memories and things to say about that game i'm trying to get it all out. :lol: I think i'm gonna have to play this game again in the summer holidays,
