I need help remembering the name of an old arcade/console game. it was a racing game and showed the whole track on the screen. i looked like rc race cars and an rc race track. it came out some time between 85 to 93

Did it look like this? If so, the game you're after is Off Road (NES) or Super Off Road (SNES).

There's also a game similar to that above called Super Skidmarks. I can't find an image for that, but you'll probably find one on google in a short time. [Edit] If it was in the arcades, you could be thinking of Super Sprint!

It has to be RC Pro Am II. best oldschool racing game there is.
