I am unsure whether or not all of this is classified as "rare," but I'll give it a shot:

Transparent original Game Boy

Black Game Boy Pocket

Sega CD attachment (for the Sega Genesis/Megadrive)

SNES:

Killer Instinct

Super Mario RPG

N64:

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (with that sticker that animates when you tilt it a certain way)

Nope, but then again I wouldn't be able to enjoy it if it were still sealed. I'm all for collecting rare games but I also want to say that i've played them, not just have them on a shelf.

How's this for rare: Tengen's version of Tetris for the NES.

In my opinion, it was the better version. However, Tengen didn't have licencing rights to release this game for consoles (they did have the rights to release the game in arcade form) so Nintendo sued and blocked the sale of all of the games cartridges.

It was identical to Nintendo's version except it allowed two people to play simultaneously on a split screen. That was a huge deal in my house. Tetris was so popular that we had a rule that you always had to play a two player game. That was if someone came in and saw you playing then they could pick up the second controller and start playing (some of us could take close to an hour on one turn).

Haha, no I kid

Probably my new copy of Xenogears. It's green labeled, but i figure in about 10 years that wont deter someone from spending a small fortune on it.

Is Super Mario RPG still rare? Because I heared copies are really hard to find today. I still play that amazing game to this day. *Checks Snes* OMG It's in my SNES right now lol.

My N64 is one of the FunTastic ones. It's green and see through. Is that rare?

I guess you could say I don't own that many rare gaming items.

Im not sure on the rareness scale but I have a FF1 Crystal ball with the Logo from the cartridge carved in glass and numbered. Like 250 outta 500 or something like that. My favorite item is my Cloud on Hardy daytona resin stature. Finding Dragon Warrior 2 at the pawn shop for $3 was pretty awesome too.

I didn't think it was rare untill recently, but I have a couple copies of FFVII, with the original cases. I don't have the manual anymore unfortunately. I also have Star Ocean: The Second Story with the manual and everything.

And last but not least, I have Chrono Trigger for the SNES, though the contacts are starting to deteriorate because I don't have a cover for it.

The rarest gaming item I own is a copy of MGS2 Substance. I know it isn't as rare as the other items so far mentioned but there was only one copy of the game in Game when I bought it. Plus I'd say it's quite a hard game to find in great condition.

I have a new sealed Sega Yeno personal computer from about 25 in storage. State of the art, 64K!

Game Gear with about 20 games and a TV adapter. Saturn with 8 games. Dreamcast with keyboard, guns, VMU's, GTA2, HOD2, Crazy Taxi.

NES classics like SMB, SMB2, SMB3, Metroid, Zelda, Zelda 2 and more, zapper guns. I used to have a R.O.B. and a Power Glove.

Original GBA (no backlight). Gameboy Adapter for Gamecube, Wind Waker with Ocarina of Time.

A PS1, PS2 and X360 that all still work.

I was going to post a picture but I cbf.

The Ocarina of Time soundtrack CD (Hyrule Symphony) released only in Japan would be my rarest item... a couple of Zelda and Mario comics, and a bunch of classics like the original Smash Bros for N64 (actually I have 2 copies), but without the box
