My dad brought home an old Sega Master System when I was a kid & that introduced me to video games. However, my love for gaming started with my first console, the Playstation, which my cousin bought & convinced me to buy too. I can't begin to tell you how much fun I had with that thing. The Crash Bandicoot games were & still are, favourites.

The nintendo I got when I was five. It was the biggest mistake my parents ever made.

Playing some games when I was a little kid. I played Duke Nukem 3D on the computer when I was two or three years old, I would sit on my dad's lap and shoot while he moves around and aims, then I eventually got good enough at it to play by myself. Went over to my cousin's house and saw some people playing Goldeneye, they asked if I'd like to play (they asked my parents first, the T rating made them wonder) I said no because I was scared of the screen turning red when I died, the next morning I said I'd play and I beat everyone there. I asked and recieved a Nintendo 64 that Christmas and that solidified my stance in gaming. I still have fond memories of Virtua Fighter 2 on the computer and playing Road Rash, so many good times.

Getting a snes! Before that my sister used to own a gameboy and I would sneak into her room and steal it to play it -- I think I was born hooked on video games

What got me into serious gaming?

Hmm, have you guys heard of Garrett? He is a no-nonsense kinda guy, who is never seen around...This is what got me into video games..and up until this day i bow in front of this guy and its series every time he is mentioned around!

"The essence of balance is detachment..."

What got me into general gaming?

Games like Super Mario Bros., Milk & Nuts, Popeye and Karateka...Oh, and Landstalker for the Genesis had a big impact on me.

What started me in gaming was either arcade games at the pizza parlor or my NES I got for Christmas when I was 5 or 6 years old. I don't remember.

I thought that the Double Dragon in the arcade was amazing. I had been introduced very briefly to Oregon Trail on the Apple IIe or something. I played on the Commodore 64 at my daycare center. It was a text version of Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I was enthralled.

Received a NES with TMNT for xmas. I sceamed with joy, and so it went from there.

I saw a Mega Drive being demo'd in Toys R Us when I was 6. Then I got one for my 7th birthday and I've never looked back.
