I believe there will be a Killzone 4, probably for PS4 nonetheless. Gurilla Games is currently "off the grid" so to speak, they haven't shown off anything for quite some time, they've been pretty quiet. But it's obvious they are working on something big, and I think it's a launch game for PS4. I think Killzone4 would be a perfect launch title for the system, the Killzone series is of very high quality and it would no doubt attract many shooter fans to the platform, even those who haven't played Killzone before.
What do you think?

KZ2 sold well but some people complained the main character moved like a guy wearing body armor and carrying heavy weapons and that the heavy weapons had recoil (oh the horror!). In response to people offended that KZ felt different than the norm, Guerilla made the character the standard jumpy boy and made the weapons essentially recoilless.
Shockingly, making their game more generic didn't increase sales (in fact, sales greatly decreased). If Guerilla decides to make another KZ on consoles, they should go back to the KZ2 model. Also, they need to make sure the whole experience is polished and fun. Everything bar the controls and the jungle segment up to the MAWLR was wonderful, past that quality and fun fell off a cliff, so I strongly suspect they hit a deadline and just shipped as is without polishing the zero G bit or the spaceship battle.
To be honest, aside from the zero recoil in KZ3, the controls were perfect. I like the slow and heavy feel of KZ2, but KZ3 nailed the balance b/w heavy and responsive. The lack of any recoil is downright criminal though. I understand the need to cater to the casuals, but in the harder difficulties of the single player, they could've easily upped the recoil.
Agreed with everything else. The game was definitely rushed.
