Okami comes close.
but I guess Dark Clouds 2 comes closer.
both same games of same genre as Zelda games and both are high quality games.
I personally much prefer Okami over Dark Cloud 2. Mostly for the better story and art direction. But, yeah, both come very close to being like Zelda.dex118
I also prefer Okami as well.
I mean closer in terms of being Zelda clone.
However both games offer something very unique so they aren't EXACTLY like Zelda.
The problem is that there really isn't a game exactly like Zelda. Adventure games are a dying breed, people just don't make them anymore. Beyond good and evil, okami, and star fox adventuresare the only games in the last years that even come close.SauceCaptain
There are others, like Dark Cloud series although the first one wasn't that great.
Alundra was also very much like Zelda game but more of SNES Zelda like.
Although Shadow of Colussius isn't like Zelda, I think it has it's own unique charm as action adventure game.
I see Oblivion more of Western style Zelda.

SOTC is brilliant and like ICO in it's own right is unique and worth checking out, there not like Zelda though, but tbh nothing is Zelda is in a league of it's own, you won't find anything EXACTLY like it but there are a few that've been mentioned that are probably the next best thing.
Okami is pretty good...and it's a long adventure. I rented the game for a week and barely scratched the surface.
I've also heard good things about Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy. I've never played it, though. You can find it used for $4 at EB Games or Gamestop. Might be worth it to check it out.
