Banjo-Tooie. It was a fantastic sequel to Banjo-Kazooie (which was also awesome). Banjo-Tooie felt fresh (while maintaining the structure of Banjo-Kazooie), was challenging (though Canary Mary in Cloud Cuckooland was a pain in the lowest part of my back), had amazing worlds (such as Jolly Roger's Lagoon, Grunty Industries, and Hailfire Peaks), and had amazing music (Hailfire Peaks' music comes to mind).
Banjo Kazooie and Donkey Kong. I can't even begin to tell you how many late nights I spent playing those games.
Conker's Bad Fur Day, Rare's N64 output as a whole was phenominal though, and to be honest their SNES output has no chance in a best games of Rare poll.
