Minish Cap, Sonic Advance 1 and 2 and Sonic Battle. I didn't play that many GBA games that were actually good and weren't ports of Mario games.
Goldensun, Goldensun The Lost Age, Castlvania Circle of the Moon and advanced wars were all top notch games.
